Modern Slavery Act Policy Statement
Hillbrooke is committed to ensuring that forced labour and other forms of slavery play no role within our business or our supply chains.
To satisfy this responsibility, we have Code of Business Ethics in place which demonstrates Hillbrooke’s commitment to trading ethically and fairly. We continue to promote the application of high ethical, legal, environmental and employee-related standards and behaviour within our own business and supply chains. We expect all our stakeholders, including employees, suppliers and business partners to work together to achieve this important common goal.
We have zero tolerance to slavery and human trafficking. As part of this commitment we;
- Continuously assess potential risk areas in our supply chains
- Regularly review our supply chain and contractor relationships
- Place contract obligations on our supply chain and contractors to ensure they are and remain compliant with the Modern Slavery Act 2015
- Require evidence of compliance from our supply chain and contractors where appropriate
- Protect whistle blowers
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes Hillbrooke Limited slavery and human trafficking statement.
