Our Story so far…

Hillbrooke was founded in 2014 by two like minded partners that wanted to make a real difference in the Sourcing world.  Following long and distinguished careers in Outsourcing and Shared Services they wanted to build a truly Independent Sourcing Advisory firm that focused on providing sound practical advice in the best interests of their Clients, that was delivered by seasoned professionals – practitioners with deep-domain knowledge.

Today the firm continues to go from strength to strength, as more and more Clients recognise the value of impartial specialist Sourcing Advisory.   The Advisory team mostly consists of former KPMG, EquaTerra, Morgan-Chambers, Gartner, and ISG/TPI staff.   Together we’ve worked on more than £12 billion in change programmes and on over 300 projects.

We provide meaningful insights, actionable intelligence, deep-level domain knowledge coupled with tangible experience to help you make informed decisions.

We have worked with some of the biggest corporations, some of the best known financial institutions, and some of the most dynamic challenger firms.  While we are based in the UK we go where we need to go and have supported firms across the globe from the US to the Philippines.
